ACP is one of the largest Property Management Companies on Dauphin Island offering an average of 110 Vacation Rentals on Dauphin Island and in Mobile. Our Vacation Rentals including Vacation Homes, Beach Cottages, and Condominiums are scattered throughout the Island offering a variety of choices from Waterfront and Water view, to “In the Pines” homes for Birding. We have several Canal front homes for boaters and fishing. Many our rentals are Pet Friendly. We pride ourselves in the quality of our Staff and their combined abilities to provide our customers with a pleasant, easy booking experience and continued available service during your entire stay with us.

Our properties range from “like new” condition modern homes to “clean and comfortable” beach cottages that have provided Dauphin Island with accommodations for all our visiting friends for years. Our Condominiums also range from older well-established complexes such as Sand Castle & Surf Club on the East end of the Island, to newer luxury condominiums such as Holiday Isle which is located in the center of the Island providing all the amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool, direct beach front balconies, tennis court, and fitness center. Our rentals are reasonably priced and ready for occupancy with linens and cookware provided.

As the Director of Vacation Rentals at ACP on Dauphin Island, I bring a lifetime of island living and a deep connection to our community. My roots on Dauphin Island trace back to the 1700s, making me a true “islander.

My journey with ACP Vacation Rentals began early, as my mother has been an integral part of the ACP family since I was just 5 years old. Starting with summer work at the age of 15, I officially joined the ACP team in 2016, initially serving as a reservationist and inspector.

In 2018, I obtained my real estate license which allowed me to step into the role of ACP’s Assistant Director. In 2023 I was promoted to Director of Vacation Rentals.

What fuels my passion for this role is the unique opportunity it provides to share my hometown and connect with each person we encounter.

I look forward to extending a warm island welcome to you during your stay and creating memorable experiences that capture the essence of Dauphin Island.
